I've been slacking!

Wow its been a little while since I have blogged. I guess I should tell you what's been going on in our household. During christmas break we just hung out at home, nothing too thrilling. But we put up our Christmas tree and McGuire absolutely LOVED it! He calls it a treet, and instead of leaving it alone like a good little boy McGuire has to throw all of his toys at it. Every morning we had to turn on the lights and weren't aloud to touch it after, it was HIS treet.

After Christmas I had to take it down because it was getting scary, he would throw his pillow pets and big books at it and the tree would almost fall on him. He loved that tree and lights so much when he found out I put it down he came up to me a yelled at me so loud I think my neighbors could hear, then I got a slap on my face. He was so mad at me the rest of the night.

Christmas day was so exciting for McGuire, Santa found our house after all them moving we had just done. We were so excited! McGuire had no idea that there were gifts under our tree, he just wanted his lights on. When we pointed out that there were some surprises there for him he was so thrilled! We let him open up the biggest one first (big mistake) it was a potty! He wanted to go potty they rest of the morning and open his presents that way. Lol my mom got a picture of us with him on it. He wouldn't get up from it. But all in all he had a great Christmas!

Last night we had to go to the hospital. McGuire had been getting sicker throughout the days of the weekend that I was thinking he had pneumonia (however you spell it) He was not going to sleep at all last night and I took his temp around 2:00 am, it was a whopping 103.1 and not getting lower! I don't know about you but that is truly scary for me. So I told Taylor we were headed to the hospital and that he should stay and sleep. (One of us had to go to work in the morning) Comes to find out that he is just really congested in his lungs, and his fever was going down. I'm glad he's sort of better, but we're home today just relaxing watching Dora the Explorer all day... Yay :s We'll be up and running tomorrow, hopefully!

Hope everyone had a great Holiday time with their families!

Stayed tuned for more adventures with the Daggs, something exciting might just happen.
